Villa Caselsa is composed of five apartments (for 24 guest). During your stay, dedicated staff will be at your disposal for housekeeping, linen changes, pool maintenance, and garden care, as well as to assist you with anything you may need throughout your stay. You may also request breakfast service and a variety of additional activities, as described in the “Our Services” section.

Il Camino (apt. 1)
Three-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor with direct access from the poolside. The property features a private outdoor area furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding atmosphere outdoors.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and a magnificent, generously sized living room characterized by elegant Tuscan charm. The heart of the space is a beautiful traditional Tuscan fireplace.
The bedrooms are bright and comfortable, with one of them featuring a French door opening directly onto a private outdoor space, seamlessly connecting the interiors with the surrounding garden and pool area.
Il Leccio (apt. 2)
Elegant three-room apartment arranged over two refined levels, combining comfort, privacy, and charming views of the surrounding pool area.
On the ground floor, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room enhanced by a large window overlooking the pool, filling the space with natural light and creating a bright, relaxing atmosphere. This level also includes a comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom, ideal for convenience and easy accessibility.
The first floor hosts two bedrooms with private en-suite bathroom, offering a more intimate and peaceful retreat.

The ground floor welcomes guests with a cozy and inviting living area complete with a kitchenette. The space opens directly onto a private outdoor perfect for enjoying peaceful moments outdoors by the pool.
